After graduating with her degree in Plastics Engineering, Lilian Judy stumbled into a vibrant social media community during the pandemic. She discovered a world where women who looked like her were thriving in STEM fields. This sparked an idea: why not create a space where young girls in STEM could find answers and feel supported? That's how "Dear Women in STEM" was born.
Lilian, originally from Ghana, moved to the USA for college, a journey that taught her about life, failure, career, and deepened her faith. Today, she’s dedicated to ensuring that Black women in STEM don't feel like they're "the only ones." Her goal? To boost representation and open doors for more Black women in the field.
